Confused :(

So I’ve had my iud for 2 years. I got it bc I have unbearable cramps and I thought this would help. For a the past years it has helped with cramps but there’d be times I still got them. Typically 3 days before my period would start. I still had a normal 5 day period w my iud and I went to my gyno who told me it’s not normal for me to be bleeding that much. After some test, I was put on medication for my bleeding and cramps. The medicine really made a dramatic change for me and he ended up cutting down my dosage and told me only to take it if I started bleeding again or if the cramps are bad. Well recently my cramps calmed down but I still bled for 5 days. I had sex at the end of June and in July I had a normal period. In August I had a spotted lightly for only 2 days then in September I had another normal period. But now it’s almost November and I haven’t had a period. I still get cramps before hand like I’m going to start my period but then I just lightly spot for a few days. In the past this has happened maybe 3 times but worries me this time is I had sex last Saturday (the 24th) then about 2 days later I started cramping and on 27th I started spotting. Yesterday (the 30th) my spotting completely stopped. I’m not sure if I should be worried or not. Has this happened to anyone else before? Should i take a test? Do you think I should be worried? Thanks!
