i’m 16 and i just started the ring about 4 days ago. so far it’s been pretty good, except last night. i rinsed it in cool water as they say to do and then reinserted it. a couple hours later i thought i could feel it, so i went back to the bathroom and resituated it. when i woke up it felt again like it was being forced out by my vaginal muscles. i fixed it again and it now feels like it’s being forced out.

has anyone else experienced this ? the first three days were fine.
