UTI won't go away

Currently 33 weeks pregnant... For this UTI I've had 2 rounds of normal antibiotics then 2 days ago they gave me heavy duty antibiotics in an IV... Told me I would feel better and that the infection would be gone within 24 hours but its just gotten worse and worse... I've been struggling with it since late July.

Im losing my mind im so tired i cant pee and am in so much pain idk what to do anymore... Idk whats wrong with me or what im doing wrong to make this infection not go away... Why didnt the antibiotics from the IV work?? Within 24 hours I felt way worse...
