Should break up with my boyfriend ?

We been dating for a year now and whenever I bring the topic of meeting each other’s family he doesn’t want to. The fact that his mom knows me and he knows my mom, but yet he has never invited to his family parties or even to his graduation one. Whenever I tell him about me introducing him to my family he doesn’t want to. I get it if he’s embarrassed by me or something.

This is not how you communicate. You’re being passive aggressive, sending mixed signals by saying conflicting things and you’re not actually saying what you mean. Using statement like “I don’t give a fuck” or threatening to leave is childish- how old are you guys? 
You need to have a face to face conversation and tell him meeting each other’s family is an important step in your opinion, that you feel not meeting each others family makes your relationship less important or that he doesn’t see a future with you. 
Say what you mean and mean what you say. Use “I” statements. As in “I feel”, stop blaming, stop threatening, stop assuming and figure out whether this is important enough that you need to end the relationship.

I would say he’s a waste of time. I believe meeting each other’s families is important because 
1- yes family is important and when you introduce each other it means you want them to be a part of your family. 2- to me family approval is important. Will it stop me from being with that person? Depends. But I still want my family to like my spouse. 3- it can show growth in your relationship and that you’re both serious about the relationship.  
So I totally see your point of view. Some people may not agree with you, but I do.

how can he be with you for so long and not think it’s important 
he doesn’t see your value as literally is a sitting there wasting your time if he hasn’t introduced you yet he never will i’d leave he’s not worth it
