Missed period

Hey everyone, so my last period was Sep 14th 2020. I took a test after my period was 10 days late and it was negative. I had very light spotting last week but it’s stopped since then. Today I still have no period, I have a little cramping, frequent urination, but that’s it. My period is usually like clock work, any opinions? Could I be pregnant ? How soon should I test again.
