Pregnancy symptoms while breastfeeding?

Question

I’m 1 day late according to one app and 4 days late according to the other. I’m refraining from wasting a pregnancy test. Did anyone else experience this? 
Felt super nauseous yesterday and off and on all week. 
My lower stomach by my uterus has been painfully tightening when I sneeze or cough or move a certain way 
Today my nipples are so sore. 
And I’ve been bloating all week!! 
Please someone give me some piece of mind. The waiting game is taking forever

Any update? I’m 8 dpo and usually have a significant drop in my bf supply a week before my cycle and my breasts still feel full and having some cramping/tightness in my uterus to on and off
