I’ve been feeling nauseous for a few days and yesterday I started light cramps and also my breast have been tender and I’ve been spotting but it’s not a full fledge period, I have the IUD by Mirena and the last time I had unprotected sex was maybe 1 1/2 or 2 weeks ago and he did ejaculate inside me.. so does anybody know if it’s implantation bleeding or if it’s just my period being silly (when I do get my period I dont have back pain or tender breasts just cramps and bleeding ofc)
