Confusion

I am a bit confused and hopefully you guys can help a possibly new mother to not be. On 11/01/2020 I took two pregnancy tests and one of them showed a strong positive while the other showed a pale negative. Went to the doctor today, 11/02/2020 and we did an ultrasound but they said they couldn’t find anything so they decided to do a test and it said negative. I know my body and based on past experiences (first pregnancy being an ectopic pregnancy) my body felt different just like before so I decided to get a First Response pregnancy test. I took one on10/26/2020 and it came back a strong negative but the one I took a few moments ago is now showing a strong positive! And I don’t have to wait to see, the lines just appeared! So now I’m confused, should I believe what the test the doctor did that came back negative or believe the now three positive tests I have and try a different doctor?
