Concerned!

So i just started my white pill and the last time i had sex was the 14th. But the last week or so ive had some odd symptoms that ive never had before this. Things such as period poop, constipation, drinking lots of water breast growth areola pumps. Very little discharge. Where i usually have discharge up to my period and drink very little water. Should i be concerned?
