Yes once and I won't do it again, they either take your forgiveness for weakness and continue to cheat or you eventually just don't feel the same about them because you can't forget what they did. I feel like you start loving them less and less the more bad shit they do, until one day you just completely stop loving them and then it's too late.

I forgave my husband who cheated me but life is never the same ever since 
He promised that he won’t again but I can’t trust him anymore . It’s more than 2 years since the incident. We were in a relationship since 6 years and 2 years into marriage this thing happened I caught him flirting with an elder female chatting on WhatsApp . I hacked his WhatsApp coz he was full time on phone .. 
I would recommend not to forgive and move on in your life rather than to to die daily thinking about it

Last year my boyfriend lied to me about some friends coming over to visit him. I found out he lied because he was flirting with one of these girls. He denied anything happened, but I will never know. We broke up for a while and then got back together but I still have my doubts.

Never again, you’ll probably get that response 9 out of 10. Very few can reform after cheating in a relationship. Either it will happen again or end from lack of trust/confidence. It would be too much work to fix for me personally but some can figure it out
