I went to the dr from spotting and they ordered an early ultrasound. From my LMP, I should be 10 weeks but I have irregular cycles so I probably ovulated late.. my first positive was 22 days after my period should’ve started (October 17)

Has this happened to anyone and had a healthy pregnancy? Is it just too early still? I’m so nervous and scared. I need some validation 😞
