Post Partum IUD question mirena - help ‼️‼️

I got my mirena yesterday during my “1st postpartum period” - but my bleeding has stopped since insertion...

on top of that 🍒 I had unprotected sex Sunday around noon where he came inside me.

My OB said I’m “fine” because I’m on my “period” but I’m starting to think the bleeding was from the sex on Sunday & not actually my period since it’s completely stopped now..

- Anyone have any advice or anything?!?

Anyone noticed their period stopped after it was inserted?! I’m super worried I’m still going to end up pregnant AGAIN.
