Drink Kombucha while breastfeeding?

I loved kombucha before I got pregnant and stopped drinking it while pregnant. The research I have done has said to avoid when pregnant and breastfeeding.
I’m just wondering if any of you ladies drink it while breastfeeding? If so do you wait a couple hours before feeding baby (after drinking)?

I drink it while pregnant and breastfeeding- as long as it is a reputable brand it is fine.

Always ask your doc but unless you’re drinking gallons and gallons of it OR making it homemade, you’re fine. Drink your kombucha girl ❤️

I drink it after I nurse and then feed her whenever she wants to again. Usually it’s 2 hours minimum. She’s 11 months (1 next week) but I’ve always done this ‘schedule’ for when I do drink
