13 DPO - BFP? AF due 11/04

I’ve been testing since 8DPO and would have either negatives or lines that I couldn’t believe were positive. Yesterday at 12DPO I had stark white negatives. Today, these are my tests. My IUD came out 10/06, AF the next day for three days. This would be my first cycle after it was out. Thoughts? Am terribly afraid of a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage as I’ve miscarried before. I’m just nervous.
