Snore canceling ear plugs

Question

My fiancé snores so bad! Some nights he can roll over and that fixes the issue but recently it doesn’t matter what I do, nothing is helping! 
I have dealt with this for 6 years now and I found comfortable ear plugs that I sleep with every night but it seems they just aren’t helping anymore.
Does anyone else deal with a snoring partner and have any tips or products that work??
I’m going insane. 
P.S. he refuses to see a doctor about his snoring.

These are the only earplugs I can sleep in without ending up with a terrible ear ache. They don’t block snoring, though... nothing does 😩 My strategy is usually to go to bed before my husband so I’m asleep by the time he joins me and usually I’m able to sleep through the night that way. I also make my husband use Flonase before bed every night and that helps a little.  I would love it if my husband would do a sleep study because usually snoring means sleep apnea but he says he doesn’t want a c Pap machine. So stubborn.
