Ladies I need your help.

Because of Covid, I was made redundant in April. My maternity leave finished in September and since We’ve been living off of my partners income. We’re now starting to notice the second wage missing so I’ve been applying for jobs. After being offered a full time position 40 hours a week my daughter will be going to her childminders 3 days. My friends for a day and my grandparents a day. I’m just feeling so guilty leaving her for all that time when it’s been me and her for the last 10 months! Any advice for the tradition? Not just got my daughter but the both of us?
