Bumped my babies head :(

I feel so guilty ! I was taking him out of the car seat and I accidentally bumped his head on the handle 🙁 he cried for a minute but it wasn’t a hard hit. But he has a little bump on his head now and he’s only three weeks old so it worries me being soft spots and all! Should I be concerned?! 🙁🙁🙁
