Does anyone know what I can do to stop my period from being so irregular? I am currently on a non-hormonal birth control so it doesn't affect my breast milk supply but I am so sick and tired of getting my period more often so for so long! I know that you can have inconsistent cycles while breastfeeding but I am so annoyed by this that I just want to stop breastfeeding altogether!
