Weaning night feedings?

Has anyone done this and have any advice? He still sleeps in his crib next to me and no I don’t want to move him to his own room just yet but I want to start weaning night feedings after he turns one. (November 13) truthfully I don’t think he really actually eats much in the middle of the night it’s more for self soothing. But any tips or tricks either way?

When he wakes up at night instead of feeding him just rub his back or soothe him back to sleep. Should stop waking up after a couple nights. Usually it is just their belly telling them that they usually eat at the same time every night. You just gotta break that habit. At least this is what worked for my son
