Do you often have low back pain after giving birth to a child

I often have low back pain. When it is serious, I can't keep my waist straight. My mother-in-law said that it was caused by caesarean section and lumbar anesthesia, but I think it is always tired to take the child alone during the day. The baby is not light, and it is almost 14 kilograms. When she goes out to play, she often  asked me to hug.

There are a lot of reasons a person could have low back pain - could be from carrying your child, c-section, a bed with too little support, issues with discs...the list goes on and on. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor. I used to assume my low back pain was from carrying/chasing a little one around. Then all of a sudden I started getting excruciating pain in my hands as well. My doctor referred me to a rheumatologist and I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder called spondyloarthritis. If it bothers you a lot, I would speak to your doctor.

There are a variety of reasons you could now have lower back pain. 
If your pain makes it hard for you to stand straight I think it’s time to talk to a doctor. 
I’d suggest going to your primary care provider and discuss your symptoms and whole health. They should be able to assist you in figuring out what other types of doctors to go to. They can even order so tests like X-rays and MRIs to start investigating.

I do everyday and didn’t have a csection.  I was diagnosed with herniated discs right after my son turned one.  The pain really started to bother me when he was almost 4 months old.

I also have lower back pain since my daughter was born ! She’s two months tomorrow and now if I bend a little to even change her diaper or anything I get this horrible lower back pain and then when I stand up straight again it feels super stiff. I’m not sure if this happens to u also but I think it’s time we both see a doctor ! Best of luck !!
