Baseline Appointment-Found Cyst?

Does anyone have any experience with going to your baseline and finding a cyst? Any success stories? I’m supposed to start injections for IVF on 11/6 as long as my bloodwork comes back ok this evening.

When i went in for my first ultrasound at our clinic we found out i have a huge cyst somewhere, but not sure where it’s attached. My clinic said as long as it didn’t move or grow before my first baseline we were fine. We did two IUI protocols without it getting in the way and I’m currently 6w 2d. We didn’t do IVF so i can’t speak to that, but they were able to induce ovulation without removing the cyst. Good luck girl.

I haven’t done ivf but I had a cyst after one of my treatment cycles at my baseline. They put me on birth control for 3 weeks and when I came back the cyst was gone

I’m actually in the same boat as you are. The doctor wasn’t sure if it was a cyst or a follicle. We decided to start Lupron this evening. If the cyst or follicle grows in size at my next ultrasound Thursday, we will have to stop medication and postpone the stimulating injections which I am tentatively scheduled to start next Friday. Praying it stays the same in size or becomes smaller.
