Engorged help 😫
I am 7 days PP and am engorged it started day 5. I pump every 3 hours and use heat and massage to help but it only relieved a few hours today and is back I don’t think my pump is emptying me what do I do? I have ordered a hand pump and hospital grade
pump just waiting for them.. my lymph nodes are SO swollen.
