Can LH surge be detected with BBT??

I was wondering if an big increase or decrease in BBT can indicate LH surge on a chart?

I really don't like using OPK as they give me to much anxiety when using them. That's why I am wondering if my BBT would hint to LH surge happening. I know estrogen decreases temp and progesterone increases it.
