How much do you generally spend on your kids clothes?

How much do you generally spend on your children’s clothes? Do you try to find cheap? Or splurge? Shop more ethically- spend more on a few pieces and thrift some?

I never pay full price for anything ever.
I love buying them brand name stuff but will never buy it if it’s not on sale.
I will wait till something goes on sale or try and find it gently used on Poshmark or something like that.

I buy second-hand, my daughter is only 5 months and spits up a ton so I’m not going to waste money on something she’ll likely ruin and also outgrow quickly. When she’s older and clothes last a little longer I’ll buy new but no way will I ever spend more than $30 on 1 outfit.

I used to work at a once upon a child so I use that as my price gage. If I can get new for less than what I would pay there, that’s great. I’ll take anything from friends and family. I buy at the end of the season when everything is clearanced. I have a kohl’s card so I can get awesome deals when they have 30% off coupons. I have a little girl and have no problem looking at boys and girls clothes. 
I will spend a little more, if needed, on special occasions or picture outfits.

I have a four year old. I just can’t justify spending too much on an outfit since 1) she’s growing like crazy 2) kids are messy. 
I buy her cute clothes from online boutiques, but typically spend an average of about $15 for an outfit. The outfits are super cute, but if she gets them dirty, it’s no big deal since I didn’t spend too much. 
There’s a huge consignment sale that my area does twice a year. I usually go and shop for the upcoming seasons. That’s where I get some of her more name brand clothes, since I can get them for a great deal. I usually spend $150-200 at the consignment sale. 
Very rarely will I spend more than $20 on an outfit for her. When she gets older and isn’t so messy and will wear her clothes for longer, I’ll be more comfortable spending more on her clothes.

We only shop at Walmart or target. So top and bottoms are under $10 each🤷🏻‍♀️ And we can get like 3 tops to match 1 or 2 bottoms 🤷🏻‍♀️

My kids are in hand me downs and clearance rack clothes. They grow so quick that I almost never pay full price. The most I’ve spent is probably $25 on an outfit for family pictures.
