Soooo I’m combing my sons hair and I notice these brown spots on his scalp. I didn’t call the pediatrician yet b/c I assumed it’s just cradle cap. Has anyone seen this before? And before u answer .... no it’s not scaly or itchy. It’s flat and smooth
