nausea ?

I had COVID abt 2.5-3 weeks ago. I had started my first bc pill pack around that time that I had COVID. I was nauseous for a bit of that and vomited a few times. I no longer have COVID (tested negative twice) and had my normal/a period (5 day long cycle) on the placebo pill week. I’m on the 3rd pill of my second week on my new pack and am feeling nauseous all of a sudden. I have had sex recently but we used protection with no problems. Is the nausea I have right now a side effect of my pills ??
