What should I pack for the hospital in my bag/baby bag?

I’m 32 weeks and just now starting to think of packing my hospital bag/baby bag. I’m due at the end of December. 
What should I pack and don’t need to pack?
Any and all suggestions are helpful and appreciated 😊

I’m due at the end of December too and I’ve decided to pack in stages. Right now, I know that if she came at ~33 weeks, she’s staying in the NICU, so I haven’t packed any baby clothes. Currently in the suitcase is a tank top to labor in, a few pairs of depends, socks, a nightie, and a going home outfit with two different bottom options just in case of a c section. I also have a pair of my husband’s underwear and toiletries. Chargers and extra pillows (if we want) will likely get grabbed as we go out the door. As the weeks go on, I’ll add my breast pump and nursing pillow, three different going home outfits that include a hat and mittens, and a blanket for the car. We’ll also get the car seat set up. I’ve found that doing it in stages allows me to feel prepared without feeling overwhelmed.

Nipple cream if you plan to breastfeed
Clothes for baby to go home in
(Nb and 0-3)
Clothes and snacks for partner
They'll give you stool softeners there, make sure to have a bottle of Colace at home.

Might be overkill but we are due dec9 and we’re told may be induced around thanksgiving if not sooner and potentially 2 hours from home. 
We know he can’t come and go so we will make sure to have plenty of entertainment and snacks in the event of induction as sometimes they take a while and if baby is little we may be there longer than normal!
