I’ve had 2 natural miscarriages before and although they were not a good time, they were manageable. I’m going through my 3rd MMC but no bleeding or anything yet cause my body isn’t recognizing the loss yet. I have the pills but I’m scared to take them. For anyone who has done both the pills and natural MC, would you say they were pretty comparable experiences or was one way worse than the other? I should be 8 weeks but sac was only measuring 5 last week. My previous losses were all around the same weeks
