I’m 10 days PP. This time around has been much easier than when I had my first. Although I’m still sore down there, I feel like I have recovered a lot better/faster. The only thing is, I have times where I’m not bleeding at all and then others where a rush of blood comes out. It’s not a tiny amount, but not enough to fill an entire pad. I’m assuming this is normal? I just want to make sure I’m not overdoing things (I have a toddler, so life hasn’t been able to revolve around a newborn and resting).
