I’ve been trying to conceive since October 26 this year I stopped on ovulation day which was November 3rd( I test positive for ovu)

Then I had sex on the 5th again

I just did a pregnancy test but it was negative I think it’s because it’s too early I’m still 12 days away from my period due.

Ever since trying to conceive I’m having mild cramps sore nipples and pain in my left ovary

I also get back pain that comes and goes.

Can this be a sign of implantation?

But pain in my left ovary is killing me never had that before also the cramping never had it but I did had it 2-3 days before my period.

I’m so confused 🤷‍♀️ I’m so afraid to not be pregnant I really want my baby #2
