If anyone else has been on nexplanon, has anyone experienced irregular bleeding to this extent?

So I got my nexplanon in mid September and a week later I spotted when my period was due. 10 days later I had a long period which lasted 13 days. I had 4 days blood free lol & had sex, right after that I started spotting for a few days, then the spotting got heavier it went from pink to a redish brown, and I had to put a liner on. The past 3 days I’ve had to use a pad, but it’s still not heavy enough for me to class it as my period?

Am I pregnant or something crazy lol?
