PLEASE HELP!!! Watery cm cramps and bleeding!

Very watery cm (wet my pants without a pad) lasted for a day. Along with some light bleeding and jelly/gooey substance. Started feeling period like cramps but very little blood/ Bled a little heavier a few hours later but still with watery cm. Bleeding and watery cm has stopped. My period is always on time and it’s not supposed to come on until another 7 days. It’s too early to test. What could this be?
