TMI in some. So I know it is 100% possible but has anyone in this group ever not been on

any birth control, but used condoms EVERY time, NEVER seen or felt any tears, holes and/or leakage (except some leakage that we’ve thought was just from me being wet and/or an orgasm.) and STILL ended up pregnant?!?!
