I’m planning on quitting my current job soon. I’ve got 1 week of vacation coming up which was approved back in March.

My question is can my two week notice include my vacation week or is that bad etiquette? I was planning to come back from paid vacation for a few days and that would be the end of the 2 weeks. I feel like it shouldn’t matter because they have to find people to work while I’m on PTO regardless.

I work in a hospital if that makes any difference.
