Gestational diabetes

I had prior health issues before I found out I was pregnant. First they thought it was my heart and then my blood sugar. Then pots syndrome, but never figured out what was going on. I haven’t had an episode in 2.5 months then last night I did. Basically what happens is I have a thud in my chest then I get very warm and my heart rate sky rockets I feel like I’m gunna pass out and I get dry mouth and tremors. Before I was pregnant I would take meds to calm down but can’t now. Last night it was associated with peeing 7 times in an hour. So I’m curious if anyone has had symptoms like this and diagnosed with GD. I go to the dr tomorrow so I will be bringing it up.
