Different pregnancy symptoms

Hey friends! My son is currently 2, and although it wasnt that long ago, I don’t remember all of my first pregnancy symptoms. I do remember faint cramps (which is why I convinced myself I wasn’t pregnant bc I thought I was going to start) and being overly tired. Two months ago, I had what I think was a chemical pregnancy. Positive pregnancy tests slowly turned negative...but I was super tired, like before.

Today I am one day late. I got a positive pregnancy test. I have been feeling weird, like my stomach feels weird. Not nauseous to throw up, but I’m not hungry bc my stomach just doesn’t feel right. Is that a common symptom that you guys experience? Have you guys had completely different pregnancies than with your first? Also, three days ago I wiped and there was a little pink blood, but never anything else. Is that a bad sign?

After that chemical pregnancy and getting my hopes up, I’m a little worried. 😅
