Based on my cycle, I always ovulate day 14-15 of my typical 28-29 day cycle. It rarely ever varies.

This month, I had an extremely stressful time and a big cross-country move right after I ovulated (I had an LH spike on day 17, which is late for me..) and now it’s day 31 of my cycle and I’m still waiting for my period which has me super nervous. It’s never this late, but I’m thinking bc of the stress it might be delayed....

Thoughts? Anyone ever experience this before? My bf and I barely had sex at all this cycle, but I guess anything is possible..
