It’s possible, the HcG fluctuates in your urine constantly so taking one test with a different urine sample can cause different results

That looks outside of the time frame and like an evap to me 
I’ve taken soooo many of these and they always have a line once they’re outside the timeframe

Yes my lines where way darker on those before I  even got a faint line on fR . Definitely positive
