What are the chances your man is hiding something by not letting you see his phone ?

I wasn’t trying to look through his phone but I sent him something and walked up on him asking for him to look at it and he hid his phone and I said what are you hiding he said nothing and refused for me to see his phone as if I’m tripping , his excuse is well I don’t look through your phone 🧑🏽‍🦯

Im torn. I feel like someone who has nothing to hide would be okay with letting their partner see their phone. But at the same time you shouldn’t be with someone you feel like you have to genuinely question

Like I said I wasn’t pressing to look through his phone but his action of hiding his phone as I approached made me question him ? Does he have something to hide , and if he don’t then let me see the phone?

Sometimes if my husband gets nosey and sticks his face in my phone, I’ll turn it away as a reaction. Then usually joke about what the hell he thinks he’s going to see 😂 We both value our privacy and respect each other enough not to snoop. But we also know the passcodes to each phone, frequently borrow phones, ask to read a text, etc. There’s nothing to hide, but it did take me a long time to grow that trust because of my ex. 
My ex husband, this was not the case. There was so much secrecy and he cheated on me a lot. When he started hiding his phone always correlated with nefarious actions. Never failed. You bet your ass I snooped and busted him several times.

I get the privacy shit but why you acting suspicious and hiding your phone? Then again, I made a post something like this and women tore me up. So it’s best to not even ask no one on here. People already starting with the “people like privacy” bs. I’m your partner. I should be able to walk up to you, while you’re on your phone, w/o you hiding your phone. That’s weird. So now I want to know, what you hiding it for?! You’re not wrong. I feel like he possibly can be. Never know. Just might have to trust him.

So I’m not cheating but also don’t want my bf on my phone ALL the time cuz my whole life’s on there. All my pictures and notes and such and I don’t want him seeing everything all at once so embarrassing 😅

My boyfriend is pretty private when it comes to his phone. He sometimes gets annoyed if he catches me looking over his shoulder to see who he’s texting/messaging. I do have his password though and could look at it if I wanted... I admit that my crazy took over one night after a party and I waited until he fell asleep before I went full crazy and snooped through his entire phone from top to bottom. Found nothing and felt like a dick, I have a good man ☺️
