y’all i’ve been overthinking so much lately that it’s has me in tears every night 😞! idk what to do anymore...i always overthink every little thing. i talk to my boyfriend about it and he always reassures me that everything is okay and that WE’RE okay. idk why, i just feel like this relationship is going to end soon and i don’t want it to😭😭. any suggestions on how to stop overthinking? i’ve tried painting, which is what i love to do, but it’s got to where it won’t help anymore because the thoughts are still there. i try to watch tv and/or youtube but it doesn’t help either.
