Solid positive test 10 dpo.. twins?

Did anyone have this dark of a test @ 10 dpo? 2 days ago there was a vvvfl on a frer and now there is a pretty solid line. My period is due in 4 days (obviously I won’t be getting it). I’ve been comparing my test to others and everyone else’s seem still pretty faint still at 10 dpo. I also had intense nausea last night that kept me up because I was afraid I was going to throw up.
