New to BBT, advice and info pls 🙏

Hi! I’m need to BBT. What are some tips and info any of you can provide? I’m in my fertile window as of yesterday, currently doing OPK’s and tempd yesterday (97.2) and today (97.9) I’ve previously ovulated on CD15/16. Today I’m CD14. Any advice/what should I look for or insight other than BD right now! lol Thank you 😘
