I need advice please!!!

Okay so I had Kyleena removed September 29, 2020. I had a period October 2-6, 2020. I started spotting November 7th, 2020 and thought it was the start of my period, but it’s sooo light. It’s been on and off these last few days.

I can’t even use tampons bc there’s not enough blood. I did use one on the second day (November 8th) and it was almost completely dry when I took it out 7 hours later. (Yes, painful).

I took a total of 4 pregnancy tests over the three weeks before November 7th (with at least 4 days between each test). They all came out negative.

My period was 8-9 days late when the spotting started. What gives?
