Help! New to the exclusive breast-feeding club. I had my baby 48 hours ago and I have been feeding on each breast as he demands but I know my milk has not come in and last night he was screaming I freaked out and went to the ER to go and get Similac. However when the nurse asked me was I trying to exclusively breast-feed and I told her yes she told me to wait it out. My question is how long did it take your moms for your milk to come in and did you substitute milk in between or just have your baby nurse with colostrum until your milk came in?
