What are you doing to progress ?

I know everyone is different and baby only comes when it’s ready! 
But just curious what are you doing ? And how many weeks are you ??
I’m 37 weeks and I go for a mile walk everyday! Don’t know if it’s helping though lol

I’m 39 weeks and I’ve been trying what feels like just about everything! Yoga that’s meant for “helping” induce labor, squats, walking, sex, bouncing on my yoga ball, nipple stimulation/pumping, spicy foods. I had such a strong intuition that baby girl was going to come early but she’s being a stubborn one! It’s so weird too because I’ve had all the “typical” signs/symptoms that labor is going to come soon for like the past 4 weeks but she’s just been tricking us.

Im 37 weeks as well and I’ve been walking up and down the stairs like crazy. Ive been cramping for a few days now and I’m hoping all this movement makes baby come soon!

I’m 39+2 today. My job requires a lot of walking (I’m a director at a dayschool) so I’ve been doing that since the beginning. Here recently I’ve started doing deep squats, regular squats, and lunges, and spicy foods. I’ve been experiencing early labor signs and today I’ve been losing a lot of my mucus plug just now bloody show yet. I’m due 11/14 and hoping she’ll come before then 🥴😂
