Discharge

So I’m 29 weeks and some days and I’ve been having lots of pressure and lots of Braxton Hicks for 2 days now. Lastnight I’ve started noticing that when I wipe, my discharge is clear and stringy like mucus which is a change from what it was. But could this mean my cervix is starting to change? I’m also having not solid poops. This is also baby #2
