Help :\

So I had my period last week on the 30th normally my period has been lasting 5-7 days but this time it was three which is back to my norm. I have a 6 month old.

But anyways. This weekend I started spotting and when I pee once I’m done I get the weird feeling of still having pee in my bladder idk if that makes sense. Anywho it doesn’t burn. I’m nauseous and dizzy like pregnancy symptoms right? Okay well I took a pregnancy test to rule it out and it’s neg. not a faint line or anything.

This all started Saturday night and on Sunday I had blood with my pee. Which now I think it’s a uti. I’ve had one before when I was pregnant. But this one is different. Any guesses. Or am I right. I’m going to the Er right now since spotting hasn’t stopped
