Im scared please help

So I took a pregnancy November 4th it was positive. I been doing 15-30 minute walks with my toddler but rested since then. Today I decided to do a 10 minute walk. Then I began cramping and felt some discharge. I do have dark spotting and I saw some lining. I am scared I miscarried or what it happening is this normal?
