How many ounces of formula b4 bed for better sleep?

. How many ounces should I offer my baby before bed to help her sleep longer hours. She’ll be five months tomorrow, finally stopped resisting formula. I don’t think she’s ever full in the night because she wakes up every hour to breast feed. She has been taking 2 ounces of instant formula  every feed for now.

Of course if she's hungry, feed her more before bed, but using formula isn't linked to longer sleep.

At 5 months I would think she could take like 4-6 oz a feeding?

Until she isn’t hungry but you can’t force feed her, if she seems full after 2 oz then she’s full. Feeding her more isn’t going to make her sleep longer if anything it’ll upset her stomach.

My son is going to be 5 months on the 20th and he usually eats 4oz of his formula before bed but it can vary some nites he drinks 2oz and stays knocked out till 10 in the morning
