Faint positive but bleeding now

Hi everyone, I’m just looking for opinions. Saturday, I took a test and it had a faint positive result. Today, I was having cramps and now I’m bleeding. It is light almost like spotting and a darker almost brown color. Has anyone else experienced this? Here is a picture of the faint positive.
